Shipping & Address Accuracy Policy

At checkout, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders are shipped exactly as entered at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided:

    •    We cannot issue refunds or replacements for incorrect addresses.

    •    If the package is returned to us, we are happy to reship it. Additional shipping fees will apply.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
